Got my parts from mouser, got my test boards from OSHPark! So pretty, so purple. Wired it up.... output was around 6.5volts. hmm.. what did I do wrong?
Ooops, needed a cap on the output, bam 9.9998 on my 5 + 1/2 digit bench meter.
Then I hit the vref output pin with 20v and nackered my test board...
Going to make some minor adjustments and get another board from OSHPark.
